2. Products & Availability

We reserve the right to limit sales of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where pricing errors have occurred.

All prices are displayed in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 8–18 business days from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@luminolights.store with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

The following are not eligible for return:

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Items missing original packaging or accessories

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Lumino carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
