Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
What we accept
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover all return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer. Please report faulty items within 48 hours of delivery.
What we don't accept
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or exposure beyond the product's rated IP protection
- Products with missing packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Shipping costs
Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to start a return
Email contact@luminolights.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it is approved.
Send the item back in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
