Frequently asked questions

Shipping takes 8–18 business days. Orders placed before 1pm EST on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Yes — orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense. To start a return, email returns@luminolights.store with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Please photograph the damage and email us at support@luminolights.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and will cover all return shipping costs.

All Lumino products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature electrical failure, and structural breakage under normal use. Consumable parts (bulbs, fuses, solar batteries) are covered for 90 days from delivery. To make a claim, email support@luminolights.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.

All outdoor products are rated IP44 or higher, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. Our coastal-rated products (marked IP65) can withstand direct rain and salt air.

Most products use standard E26/E27 Edison base bulbs. We recommend 2200K–2700K warm white LEDs for the best ambiance. Many of our string lights come with bulbs included — check individual product pages.

Yes — see our Wholesale page for volume pricing. For fully custom products (engraving, custom cord colours, etc.) please email wholesale@luminolights.store with your specifications and quantity.

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% for 10+ units of the same item, 20% for 50+, and 30% for 200+. For mixed orders or net-30 terms, contact our trade team directly at wholesale@luminolights.store.
