Every Lumino product is built to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with one of the most straightforward warranties in the industry.
What's covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature electrical failure, and structural breakage under normal use. This includes: LED driver failure, socket corrosion, weld failures on metal frames, and rattan unravelling at joins.
It does not cover accidental damage, extreme weather events (hurricane, flooding), modifications made to the product, or cosmetic wear consistent with outdoor use (minor weathering of finishes over time).
Consumable parts — bulbs, fuses, batteries in solar units — are covered for 90 days from delivery.
How to claim
Email support@luminolights.store with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
We'll respond within one business day to approve your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Replacements are shipped within 2 business days. We cover all return shipping on valid claims.
